Unable to access to my domain.

Hi,

Recently, my domain is working fine till today. Now, my domain seem to be unaccessable through neither filezilla or browser. In my filezilla connection it show this error message when I was connecting to my domain.

Response: 421 75 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Could not connect to server

So is there any solution to regard about this ?

EDIT: Now my domain is accessable through browser. However, It still doesn't connect successfully through filezilla. So I was wondering if it's my FTP connect problem. Filezilla is working fine till last week, now is weird showing me weird error messages when I'm trying to connect to my ftp server. This is the error again.

Seriously, I need help as soon as possible please
