unable to access uploaded files

Hi, I just signed up for an account and uploaded some files to my /public_html folder. They uploaded fine and I can see them from my ftp client and in the cPanel file manager. However I don't seem to be able to access them through a web browser. It comes up with a 404 error.
I'm trying the address: http://seventy5.x10.mx/example.html

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a problem? Many Thanks,

I can see a big "Hello!" there and a lochielhouse folder in your website.

Try clearing your browser cache.
