Till yesterday everything was working fine, but today when i double clicked on the webdisk icon of my website on the desktop, a folder opened which contained the title of my website url as usual. Then a box appeared which asked for x10hosting account username and password. I entered the details asked and pressed enter, but after few seconds the same dialog box appeared again, i again entered the username and password and pressed enter, but it came again and again. I finally decided to press cancel button, and when i did so, i got a message, "You do not have the permission to access the folder".
After that i thought of opening the webdisk through cpanel. And when i entered the cpanel url in the address bar and pressed enter, a login page apeared, in that page i entered the username and password and pressed enter, but the message appeared ,"Login attemp failed". I entered the username and password again and again. But the login page showed me the given message only.
