Unable to access!!!

Hello, I am new to this forum and this site. I've been looking for a good webhost to use for my freinds band website.

Anyway, after regstering www.negative-feedback.com with x10Hosting I cannot log into cpanel (http://negative-feedback.com:2082), my ftp. acess (ftp.negative-feedback.com) not even my my mail (https://negative-feedback.com:2096) is anyone able to tell me why? I am able to log onto my CLIENT AREA (http://www.x10hosting.com/advanced/client) but that is all.

I cannot do so if I am unable to have the basic tools I need

http://www.negative-feedback.com/ umm, is that site ment to be there, or is there a problem? because I didn't put anything there yet...

I wouldn't mind a reply considering I onlyt have a week... and I do have school and band prac. and all other things I have on, so I would like to know whats going so then I can resolve my problem, I know this service is free but come on people!!

Chances are, you haven't pointed your domain to x10.
