Unable to add addoin domain

When im trying to add a domain to my coporate free hosting account, i get this error:

Error from domain wrapper: We were unable to locate your current domain name, ipbvitto.elementfx.com in the webserver configuration! The subdomain cannot be added because information about your domain could not be obtained from the webserver configuration file.

Im trying to add ipb-underground.uni.cc The DNS are pointing to x10's nameservers.

How are you adding it? Addon domain or principal domain

I'm showing ipb-underground.uni.cc as your main domain. You wouldn't be able to use it as an add-on while you have it set as your main.

Sorry for the trouble, but apparently i had mistakenly created two accounts, one adfree (Account Username:vitto) and one Ad-Enhanced (Account Username:ipbvitto). At x10's login page, when i log into the account username vitto, it leads me to the Ad-Enhanced account username ipbvitto (see screenshot). However, when i try to login into cpanel with the account username vitto, it leads me to the cpanel for the adfree account (see screenshot). I've tried logging in with the account ipbvitto into cpanel, but all im getting is "Login Attempt Failed" Is it possible for you guys to remove the ipbvitto account and just upgrade my vitto account into Ad-Enhanced Corporate? Sorry for all the trouble and thanks in advance.
