Unable to Add Domain

Hello Guys..

I am unable to perform the addon domain operatn in my Cpanel..

We can add upto 3 site in our addon domain quota but i hav added only 2 and when am trying to add the third one it says :

Do help me out..

My server is Chopin ..

For every addon domain there will be one subdomain. So check how many subdomains left.
