Unable to add the domain name − (XID 7egtxh)

Hi everyone,
I have a registered domain that points to cloudflare's nameservers.
In cloudflare I entered the x10hosting nameservers. Unfortunately I can not do a park domain because x10hosting gives me this error.
I just have to wait or did I do something wrong?

In order to add the domain name to x10hosting, you need to set the name severs at the registrar to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com . See https://x10hosting.com/support/domains/add-domain-name
