@Livewire
Following is what I would write in my appeal, I hope someone will consider it:
My account was suspended in February due to inactivity. I set up a page or two (of which I have backups) for testing and demonstration purposes, but life got in the way and it was necessary to move to other projects. Unfortunately, I didn't set reminders to log in to my account every 30 days. It's possible that I violated the policy of using copyrighted information, but I did have permission from the publisher, which I believe I can provide (I think it's in my email somewhere). Anyway, the author is deceased and did not bequeath rights to anyone outside the publisher. If that is a problem, I can omit that page.
As I said, I set the site up for testing and demonstration purposes, but always intended to make it more extensive, with a blog, a survey of research regarding the topic, solicitations to perform studies on the topic, perhaps some ways to donate or make goodwill contributions, etc.
While I do intend to do all that in the next 18 months, right now I'm taking a class that requires hosting services that use cPanel, and I'd love to use x10hosting.
I have carefully reviewed the terms of service, and I fully understand them.
Again, apologies if there is nothing you can do about this, and much gratitude if you can or if you can pass it on to the appropriate party.
My login is jefferydecker@gmail.com, the site name is http://dynamitext.x10host.com/ , the username is dynamit4
Also, since I can't get to cPanel, I can't delete the account so that I can create another. It seems to me that I could create an account with a different email, but this account would still exist, and that violates the terms. Also, I'd still like to use the dynamitext domain.
I suppose I should explain how it got to this point, where there is still a domain but not a valid account. I went to create an account, used my original email address, received a message that there already was an account and to log in. I was even able to create a page and upload files to it.
Gratefully
