unable to change mx records

Have been trying to change the mx records for eireflags.co.cc for over a week now without success. Have tried to delete all mx records and start from scratch but when left with one irelandflags.x10hosting.com unable to delete this one. Anyone any ideas why they are not updating. Trying to use google apps for mail server.

Result when checking mx records is
ns1.x10hosting.com did not respond with MX records for 'eireflags.co.cc'

Are you changing the records from cPanel?

Yes trying to change in Cpanel. Has worked with two other sites on different servers but not on Lotus for some reason. Unable to delete all the mx records and replace with the google mx records
