Unable to change primary domain

my main domain is visrosoftware.pcriot.com and parked domain is showing as visrosoftware.com
here problem is that i am not able to open my site with www.visrosoftware.com
and when i try to modify primary domain (from visrosoftware.pcriot.com to visrosoftware.com) it says domain already in use. plz reply..
