Unable to connect to cpanel

I cannot navigate to the site i created earlier nor connect to it's cpanel.

Help in IRC was unable to resolve the issue.

Ping goes to the right IP but never comes back.

Your account is set-up correctly.
Try to login by: http://67.228.161.43:2082/

ping to 67.228.161.43 times out. Trying to connect my browser to http://67.228.161.43:2082 also times out.

Could XP be blocking it somehow? Or could there be another issue? The account management panel reports the server ip to be 67.228.161.43 but when pinging the url the ip is 67.228.167.204

Would it be possible to just change my subdomain to something else like "kidseatfree" or something and try that?

I tried to do it myself and change the URL but when trying to logon to cpanel it gives me an error message, but atleast it doesnt time out.

I've just checked and your IP was being blocked by the Firewall (Did you try to login to SSH? ¬¬)
I've removed the IP and you should be able to connect.

Try both:
http://http://eatfree.x10hosting.com:2082/
http://67.228.161.43:2082/

I have been trying to connect to the site via SFTP is this not supported?

SFTP is only for accounts with Shell/SSH privileges.
You need to connect by FTP (port 21).
