Unable to connect to FTP

Not sure if this is an isolated issue but I am unable to connect to my FTP through firebug. No firewalls or anything like that active. Any ideas?

I assume you have a x10hosting's free-hosting account

I ran a test on all three servers using Filezilla - had no errors

What errors do you see ?

which server is your account on ?
