Unable to connect to FTP

[alisonkw]

I've been trying to connect to the FTP in Dreamweaver without success. My cPanel gives me the following information:

FTP Username: alisonkw@alisonkw.com
FTP Server: ftp.alisonkw.com
FTP Server Port: 21
SFTP Server Port: 22

In Dreamweaver, I have to input
FTP host
Host directory
Login

I haven't been able to connect using any combination of the manual settings. I also tried using CoreFTP and was told this:

Started on Friday March 28, 2008 at 22:48M
Resolving alisonkw.com.coreftp...
Can't establish connection --> alisonkw.com.coreftp:21 @ Fri Mar 28 22:48:04 2008 (11004-100)
The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.

Please help, thanks in advance!

alisonkw.com is not pointed to our server, that is why it's not connectiong.

Well, it looks like your domain is pointed to use Google Apps.

If you want to continue using them you'll have to leave it like that. But there will be no way to redirect it to your web space with us. If you want to direct the domain to us you have to login where you registered it and put in the name servers ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
