Unable to connect to mysql

When trying to connect to my site I get a message saying
" Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"
Can anyone help?

Hello,

Your DB user was missing. I have re-created it and assigned it to your DB. Your site now loads.
