Unable to Connect via FTP

Upon trying to connect via ftp, it says the maximum number of users is logged in (75). Only two people have access to the account.

Additionally, the mail command is no longer working and the site refuses to load. I'm afraid the account may have been hacked. Please advise on how to regain ftp access & continue using this account.

I believe Starka is having some trouble at the moment with unusually high load for an extended amount of time. A bunch of proxies were found on it last night bogging it down and the accounts were dealt with, but I wouldn't know what is up with it at the moment. I'll have to ask around.

PHP Mail however should be working, and the FTP limit you're seeing is in fact a global server limit, not a limit for your account.
