Unable to connecto to my FTP.

Hi,
I need help, I can't connect to my FTP.
I tried already using port 21 and followed everything but it still says that I can't connect to it, and I need to upload some files and folder to my server.

What's the error message you are getting? If possible, can you copy/paste it here?

Issue solved.

I typed wrong my user/pass, and that was the main reason I could never access my FTP account.
