unable to create a hosting account

I get an error: "It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (8B554408)" when I click to create a hosting account

Resubmit the request one more time please! There will be a link on the main page in the dark box that says something along the lines of "Click here to create hosting account."

Thanks, it worked but now i can't access the cPanel - the page fails to load. It gives me an error: "The connection has timed out". Are the servers overloaded at the moment?
