Unable to create new database after several attempts

I created my account just today, a few hours ago. I logged in, reached Cpanel home page.

Home > Databases > Mysql Databases

i typed a new name for database, and clicked Create Database.

But no database was created. :dunno:

I tried many times.

Then I tried Home > databases > Mysql database Wizard. I created a new database, created new user + password.

But again, no new database is visible in the list.

Why? is it because i created my account just a few hours ago?
