Unable to create new Domains

I recently tried to create a new domain, but even with a valid domain, I keep getting the error: 'domain adding disabled'.

Domains are done via :

your x10 dashboard at https://x10hosting.com/panel/services. This is no longer possible through your web hosting panel. You can see "add domain" on the right hand side.
