Unable to create new site

Hi
I dont seem to have any website's listed and when I try to create a new one with wordpress script it fails saying the PHP is the wrong version?

Any advice greatly received

Currently Cpanel Softaculous script in x10hosting won't work at all because of the current setup of Cpanel Php manager while on the transition from old theme to the paper_lantern cpanel themes. Try to install wordpress manually it is gurantee to work.

No clue either, I manully setup install (like worpdress, drupal etc.), I only use Softaculous as a backup and download and delete after the backup file of my site. You could try to install wordpress manually.
