unable to excess my website IP or DNS has changed

Flushed DNS as instructed in 404 error web page.
and also getting following message from support page.

The "DefaultWebPage" is a known issue. It's currently being worked on. If the issue persists in 24 hours, please let us know. Clear your browser cache and flush your DNS at regular intervals.
