Unable to general SSL cert and Not able to access to Message

Hi all.
I have clickes the "Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider" , chose "wildcard", popped out the window "Your request will run in the background. Once completed, you'll be notified in the Message System.".

When i clicked the Message, it shown "Feature Disabled. This feature has been disabled. Please, contact your administrator."

Also, i though access to Message might not impact the SSL however, no SSL cert been generate.

Appreciate if you can advice on the issues.

I deselect the "wildcard" and now i am able to general the SSL. But i still cant access to message folder. Wondering why...
