unable to get started

still having problems getting started here, ive received the email, got my accounts linked up but when i try to log in i get this message:

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

so i came to the forums to seek help!
