Unable to host my site

I have a main domain named "http://pradipto.com" and a sub domain named "http://monginis.pradipto.com". I have uploaded all the required files in the .../public_html directory, but I am unable to view my website. I have named the main page as "index.php".
Please help me regarding hosting my website, so that people can view it whenever required using internet.

According to Whois, http://who.is/whois/pradipto.com that domain isn't registered. Did you register that .com domain name?
