Unable to Install DoceboLMS and Moodle

Moodle and DoceboLMS is not installing through the Software Script. Every time I install the software, I get a 500 error

Assuming you are using Moodle 3.3, make sure you are using at least PHP 7 and that you have the intl extension enabled. See https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Moodle_3.5_release_notes#Server_requirements for more info.
