Unable to install Joomla through Fantastico

I am facing the following error :

Also, I am not able to change my MAIN Domain to moviewizards.co.cc.

mysql_connect() error

Please note that the Database and database user should be linked together with required privileges set.

To do that, go to
cpanel >> MySQL Databases >> Current Databases >>MySQL Account Maintenance >> Manage User Privileges

Also, note that
servername = localhost
username = cpanelusrname_databaseusrname
databasename = cpanelusrname_database
password = password for cpanelusrname_databaseusrname not cpanelusrname

To change main domian:
Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/
Then Hosting >> Modify Domain

You will be presented with "Hosting Account Main Domain Modification" page

Use "Change your main domain".
