Unable to link accounts

Hi. I had an adfree account but when I try to link the account, it doesn't appear to work. It says my hosting username does not exist.

I cannot seem to be able to create a new hosting either because it tells me that I already have a hosting account.

My forum & main account is: rmkbow

I was wondering if someone would be able to shed some light on why this is happening, whether my account is suspended/disabled or something.

I'm just getting the apache success screen when I try to visit my website.

Oh okay, so I won't even be able to recover the account? Because I can't even sign up with ad-enhanced or adfree with my current login anymore because it tells me I already have hosting.
