Unable to link Ad-free account

Dear admins,

Can please help me? I sign up for the cpanel and forum accounts. Only received the forum account confirmation. I read all the threads and realised that we also need to receive cpanel account confirmation right? I tried login and it says cannot link to account because it does not exist. So what should I do now? Need to host the web urgently as my school project needs to see it. Please help me. Thank you.

My domain:LabLink.x10hosting.com
Username is:Asher(checked and its valid before creating)

Thank you so much for replying so fast to my thread!:drool:
I click the link already and enter the account name however I did not receive the email when it says sent. Is it i enter the wrong email during sign-up? Can please help me check? My email is JiamTaoLoTi@hotmail.com user name is Asher for the cpanel... Is it correct?
