Unable to link hosting account with cPanel user name

I signed up and everything seems to be in order, however when I login and try to link my account I receive the following error:

"The hosting username you specified does not exist."

It also mentions a "Ad-Enhanced hosting account", but when I signed up I did so with the non-ad service. I'm not sure if this is part of the problem.

CPanel name is either astolenchild or reddest

Domain is astolenchild.exofire.net

If there's anything else you need please let me know. Thank you.

Neither of the accounts exist. Make sure you confirmed them in the signup email.
