unable to link to forum account

i have an ad-enhanced account & a forum account, but i am not able to link the two inorder to use the hosting services (everytime i try to link them, the error message is that my username doesn't exist. both usernames are "slyentzer." any suggestions?

I dont find any sign of an account for a hosting account under an ID of slyentzer, past or present. Whats your domain name
