Unable to log in to cPanel on Boru

When I go to http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/ I get the cPanel prompt. When I enter my username and password I get the error: "Login Attempt Failed!". I've tried using my current password and my old password. Neither of them work. I am able to log in to the forums and FTP with the correct password. My web site runs successfully although in the transfer some directory permissions got changed, which I were able to fix with FTP.

I've tried changing my password from the X10 account control panel, but I get the message: "The current password supplied is not correct".

Is there any way you could reset my cPanel password or tell me why I can't access cPanel.

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
