Unable to log in to cPanel

What the topic title says. I've tried resetting my password but I never receive an email. I can log in to the Account Management Panel just fine though.

Are you sure you typed the email address correctly in the signup form? Did you recieve any emails from signing up?

make sure that your cPanel username is in lowercase and that password is EXACTLY the way you set it.

Oh. Eh heh. I didn't know you had to type the username in all lowercase, nor do I know how I was supposed to have known that. Works fine now though. Thanks.
