Unable to log in to my new account

I have tried several times to log in to https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login

Every time I do, I get this message:
"Unfortunately an unexpected error occurred while attempting to process your request."
At first I did not receive my original confirmation email - I requested it again - still did not receive it - so I asked to have it sent to another email address - this did work - finally I was able to confirm my account. When I tried to log in with my original password - it did not work - I received the above error message - so I asked to reset my password - this was successful - but again I could not log in [I tried five different browsers] - so I asked to reset my password and I entered the same pass word that I selected the first time I reset it - this was accepted and confirmed - and I still can't log in to my 'confirmed' account - I even added Port 2083 to my Windows Firewall exceptions. Any suggestions or explanations would be appreciated. Thank you.
