Unable to log into cpanel or access: normyle.x10hosting.com

Hi,

I ahve signed up, and recieved confirmation emails for both an adfree account under username normyles (normyle.x10hosting.com), and the forum under the same username.

I am able to access the account manager screen, but unable to log into cpanel. I am however able to log into http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/ using my username and password.

Can anyone please help?

Flushed DNS, still no luck. I am able to access ftp, but normyle.x10hosting.com and cpanel access through that domain will not work.

It appears to be working from here, can you open command prompt and run 'tracert normyle.x10hosting.com' please?

'unable to resolve target system name normyle.x10hosting.com'
is the result of tracert.
Edit:
Also, just noticed that DNS is offline in account manager - could this have something to do with the problem?
