Unable to log into cPanel

I signed up earlier today about 2am UK time.
I can log into my Account Management Panel but I'm unable to get the cPanel to load.

Account details are as follows:

Primary Domain:http://www.action-file.com

cPanel URL:http://www.action-file.com:2082

Hosting Type:Ad-Free

Advertisements:None Required

Disk-Space Allotment:300 MB

Bandwidth Allotment:10000 MB

Features:cPanel 10+, MySQL, PHP 5+, CGI, FTP

PHP VersionHP 5.2.4 - Basic, Default - (What is this?)

You should be able to login to your cPanel using your domain link http://www.action-file.com:2082.
