Unable to log into cpanel

Hi there,

I hope this is in the right place. Some time ago I created an account with x10, and had the web hosting part set up by you guys fine, however for some reason I could not log in to the forums and the account got closed. Thats not the problem, however, as it was a while back.

Today I set up a outsidesupplies.co.cc successfully, and created a new free site with you. I can log into Account Management System area, so thats all done. However I can't for the life of me remember my cpanel login name, I know I can change the password in the account management system area, but not user name for cpanel.

Is there anyway you can help?

in the account management you can reset your cpanel password - its on the right side menu.

Unfortunately it's not the password I'm having troubles with, it's the cPanel login name.

Login to your Account panel http://x10hosting.com/panel.php, use the same credentials as the ones you use for the forums.

There, look for “username” (that’s your cpanel username)
