Unable to log into my free acount, username "bridges"

I can log into my Forum account. My host account is linked to the Forum account properly. All appears to be in order, but I still cannot log into my cpanel.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't see a hosting account associated with your forum account here. Please log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and check if there is a hosting account attached to it.

There is not. There certainly was until recently (hosting account is "bridges" as well).

I attempted the "swap username" process https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&vb . I still have no idea what I need to do get things linked up again. I have read, and attempted to follow, all the info at

Hi,
I have moved your account bridges to be under the same forum account as you are using here on the forums. Logging in with "bridges" on the account panel should allow you to administrate your hosting account bridges.

Please let us know if you have any more troubles.
