Unable to login properly,

Some time back i created a AD-FREE account, under this account information.

Username / Forum username: icefire
URL: http://icefire.exofire.net/
Email: icefire.hoek@gmail.com

I'm sorry to say that i forgot about it, and did not login for sometime.

Now when i try to login at www.x10hosting.com first it says Login succeeded, but then it shows me a page that says, Error you must be logged in to view this page.
I can however still login to the forums, but not all the other stuff.
Cpanel can not be found olso FTP wont work.

I try'd to make an new AD-FREE account under te same username but a different URL this one i just created with succes.

URL: if.exofire.net
Email: icefire.hoek@gmail.com

But also with that one created i cant still login on the X10hosting website.
is there a possibility that u can remove both my accounts so that i can create a new clean one.

i am still able to login to the forums,

and now when i try to login on the site i get this message,

so does that mean that you deleted my accounts successfully.

should i make a new forum account aswell as an AD-FREE account.
or should i just keep this forum account.

You can keep the same forum account, just be sure to go to http://x10hosting.com/logout before you create a new hosting account.
