Unable to Login to cPanel and all files gone

I cannot login to cPanel and when I try to access my files via FTP, there's nothing there. I'm about to switch webhosts so accessing cPanel isn't critical, but if you could restore my files so I can get them via FTP, that would be great!

Try changing you cPanel password at http://x10hosting.com/control/
