Unable to login to cpanel

Hello everyone,
Yesterday I have signed up to x10hosting. Right now, I am unable to login to cpanel. I have searched the forum but didn't find any general solution. I think my user name and password are same as my forum and x10hosting account's user name and password as I didn't change any of them. It allowed me to enter once just after the registration. Please tell me if I am doing anything wrong. Thank you in advance.
