unable to login to cpanel

My account got suspended due to inactivity. I reset my password, "unsuspended" my account and now,I cannot login to cpanel. please help.

What Username are you using to log into cPanel? cPanel Usernames are no more than 8 characters long,so if you are using your e-mail address or your forum name as the Username, that will not work.

As for the password portion, try using both your new and old password. It's possible the password change request hasn't gone through completely with the system.
