Is anyone else having this problem?
We are unable to login to the Cpanel.
Once in the dashboard and we click Hosting Control Panel, the next page starts loading and we get the message this site can;t be reached X14.x10hosting took too long to respond and the url reached is https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN.
I have a different account for a different, with a different profile and I am able to get into the Cpanel without any problems.
What could be causing this problem. How do we fix it? Who do I contact for support?
