Unable to login to cPanel

Hi There.

I signed up for an "ad-free" hosting account few hours ago. I have managed to upload a HTML file onto the FTP server and the file is viewable. However, I am still unable to access to my cPanel from the link on my Account Management Panel. Any help/advice would be very much appreciated.

You're not able to load: linearturbinepre.x10hosting.com:2082, but you're able to load linearturbinepre.x10hosting.com ?

Both load quickly and correctly for me. Is the port blocked for you?

You were right about the port issue. Opened the port and now I have full access to my cPanel.
