Unable to login x10 hosting.

Hi all,

I am Anup, a new customer at x10 hosting.can anybody help me out, that how can I login x10 hosting after creation an account.Every time I made an account with new new email id and respective password, but when I going to access cpanel with my forum user id and password it gives me an error that my user name does not exit or this forum userid does not link with x10 hosting account.

Your forum & Account Panel username/ password is different from your cPanel (webhosting) username/ password.

You should have chosen this at sign up. Have you replied to the confirmation email yet, which was sent to you at sign up? Also, did you make sure your forum & webhosting accounts were linked when signing up?
