Unable to login

Hi,

I understand that lotus was the server my site was located at. From reading the forums I had the impression it had moved to fris so I assumed cpanel would be accessed from https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083 from the previous https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083, however from my account login it suggests it is hosted at boru i.e. it should be https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083 however I have been unable to access my account on either of these servers using the exact username of estado3 and pass I have always used, it always says login failed. Having a look at my account history it says synchronisation was done on the 26th of July, and I am not suspended, so I am having a little bit of a problem why I cannot access cpanel or webmail.
