Unable to logon to community forum

Hi all , hope all is well


Here is my request for help

My Original user name is eliteel5 , however I forgot my password for this account and subsequently tried to perform a reset hoping to receive email back to original email address under user name for this forum of eliteel5

On trying this I don't how many times regrettably I have had no response having done all the usual checks with spam in box , junk mail etc

I also tried to contact your admin on two occasions , but still no reply my gmail account is however fully operational in that all other incoming mails are fine


Both emails were sent to support@x10hosting.com

I have had no issues like this before with service from X10 where I'm always pleased say to many whom ask about your web hosting as being run by an outstanding team

I can thus only assume server issues or simply lost in mail cue for request to reset password for the community forum

All other services from control panel are a ok EG , FTP , phpMyAdim etc including Discord where the same issues of trying to get reset were exactly the same as X10 and on the same date as these started with X10 requesting password reset , how ever this is now resolved with Discord themselves , yet another very helpful team managing their servers

Today through shear frustration and in order to make contact I re registered under different user name , different email so as to be able to contact some one with reference to this problem (logon of eliteel5 for which i requested password reset for )

Could some one get back to me reference this and advise via this current logon or alternatively to email address registered under the logon of eliteel5

Perhaps an idea to send to both mail servers

this is where it gets sticky, using a forum name that is not related to the account you mention.
you will need to prove to staff that you are who you say you are for security purposes.

you mentioned you tried to contact support without a reply,
The forums or the discord service is the only available support for free accounts.
which is probably why you havent got a reply from support.

just a note, gmail users cannot use the pop/smtp settings in clients anymore.
google is stopping client access making people log in to their website.
if you rely on gmail this might cause issues for receiving emails.

as for the issue of logging in to your account, maybe you can contact support using the discord server.
the forums are mostly relied on free users helping other free users.
staff does check from time to time, but it could be a wait before they do.
