Unable to logon to cpanel

I just created a new account. I'm able to login to the account management panel but not able to login to cpanel.

When you login to cPanel are you using 'royalmon', as that's what you need to use to login to cPanel.

Also your domain is http://wgcinc.x10hosting.com/ not http://wgc.x10hosting.com/.
