Unless this is the support request...

Since the new rules about unmetered space have passed, I have not been able to put in a request from my account panel. If I click on Community Support (where I am guessing I initiate a request I get an error.
"Sorry, an unrecoverable error occurred loading the page."

I might just be crazy and this is the support request. I have never used this feature.
If it is, then can I have my account unmetered?

Thanks

By the way the metering of mis-used accounts is an excellent idea. I knew people would abuse the good will of x10.

The community support link just takes you to a "New Thread" page for the Free Hosting forums. If the link doesn't work for you, just post your request in the forums here like you just did.

For unmetered space, your account must:
1) Be one week old
2) Be hosting a valid website following our Terms of Service
3) Be using at least 50% of your disk space (aka 512 MB or more of usage -- if your account is capped at 512 MB that is an error so let us know and we'll fix it to the proper limit of 1 GB).

If you meet all three criteria, post back and we will manually review your account. Any severe violations of the Terms of Service found will result in an immediate suspension (it's happened before, some people thought they could upgrade their account with nulled scripts or copyrighted videos on it...). If we find you qualify for an upgrade, we'll perform it, otherwise we'll tell you why you did not qualify.

I would like my site to be review to be unmetered. I truly hope I am not outside of the terms of service. The site is just my portfolio.

THank you again.

I have upgraded your account, please continue to follow our Terms of Service even with the increased space -- in particular note the 1 GB limit on personal photo/video galleries.
