Unable to Park the domain name

Hi,

I am unable to park the domain. I get the below mentioned msg.

Adding Parked Domain

There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: chiauly.co.cc is owned by another user.
-------
But i was the owner before and my account was deleted due to inactivity but since I have created a new account. I get this error.
