unable to post reply

Hi I am very new to all this. I have been spending hours in the forum reading stuff. I have a problem that I want to solve but i can't post a reply. can somebody please help me. Thank you so much.

If you are talking about the "Free Hosting" Section... We have stopped people being able to reply in others threads. We were having to many people giving out bad information on how to solve problems, Creating more problems for the users and the staff.
